Well being Champions attend Conference

This April, Year 9 Well being Champions attended a mental health conference delivered by stem4, a mental health charity based in Merton, headed and founded by Dr Nihara Krause. Dr Krause has years of experience as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and she uses her knowledge, tips and guidance to educate and raise awareness of how we talk about mental health, how we support our friends and family with mental health conditions and how we become resilient ourselves when faced with stresses and daily challenges.

Saint Cecilia’s Well being Champions won third prize in ‘design an assembly about sleeping habits’ and we hope that the assembly can be delivered in the summer term. For more information, go to stem4.org.uk
